No. It is a limited visual, operational, and diagnostic assessment—not a warranty, appraisal, state inspection, or emissions certification.
Can every hidden problem be found?+
No inspection can reveal every concealed or intermittent issue. Access, vehicle condition, and test authorization may limit the inspection.
Is the collision assessment a final insurance estimate?+
Not initially. It is a preliminary, photo-documented assessment. Teardown, calibration research, parts availability, and insurer procedures may change the repair scope.
